Join us on October 23rd from 4:30-6:30 PM at Faith Lutheran Church for a spooky night while enjoying a meal of pasta, meatballs, salad, a choice of sweet, and drink for only $10.00! Come and support our church family!
Come on down to the Fort Valley Country Store on October 24th for all the baked goodness you can think of. You can also support our youth by dropping off a baked good on the 23rd from 4:30-6:30 PM at the church. We will be set up from 8:00-2:00 PM on the 24th. Come and get some baked goodness!
You do not want to miss out on our Operation Christmas Child Packing Party on November 8th at 2:00 PM. We have a grand total goal of 75 shoeboxes this year. We will be doing 50 at the party. We will have the items just come pack, pray, and eat. Oh yeah, did we forget to mention we will have pizza and free t-shirts? All you have to do is RSVP by going HERE.

Meet Minister Pam Kitner
Pam serves Faith Lutheran with warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to sharing the Gospel as our Synod Authorized Minister (or SAM). A SAM is a Lay Person with 2+ years of study and experience who is then authorized by Bishop Milton of the VA Synod to serve as a minister in a church without a pastor (SAM serves in the role of pastor). Before she was authorized as our SAM, she served Faith Lutheran and many other congregations around Shenandoah County and Page County as a Lay Minister. She leads worship, provides pastoral care, teaches, and supports the ministries of our congregation. Pam's office hours are Office Monday & Thursday from 10:00-2:00 PM, you can reach her at her email ftvlykit@gmail.com or the office phone, (540)-933-6154. We invite everyone who is looking for a welcoming place of worship to join our Christian family. Many of our members have been born and raised in Fort Valley and we are always excited to meet and greet new people who have moved into our community or are just passing through. We are proud of our Lutheran heritage that invites all children of God to come together to worship the Lord with joy and confidence in the grace that God provides to those who believe. What do Lutherans Believe
We believe that all people are imperfect and are saved by God’s grace alone, through Christ. We believe that through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, God became one of us and took upon himself the sin and suffering of the world. We believe in God the three in one and one in three, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Our Ministry
Does Faith Have What You Need
Here at Faith Lutheran our ministry is focused on serving God's people in needed. We have Outreach and Care for the needy, Support Group and A.A. for the oppressed, Worship and Music for the worshipers, study for the seeking, and fun for our youth. But the question is does Faith Lutheran have what you need in a church? Only you can answer that, but what you should do... Give us a visit, reach out, meet SAM Pam, and come to worship God. We are a faith-based church, filled with love, care, and compassion. "Come and See"
The mission of Faith Lutheran Church is to declare the gospel of Jesus Christ through witnessing and administering the word and sacraments and by providing a Christian environment to the members of this congregation and the people of Fort Valley.
